Magickal Hymn to Aradia

This is a Latin hymn written to Aradia which consists of eleven stanzas, each of which is eleven syllables long. I personally consecrated the hymn myself and thereafter offered it up to Aradia. Magickal hymns can be read one or more times for spiritual empowerment, guidance, etc., or it can be incorporated into a ritual.

A Necrosophic Rite of Hellenism

This ritual calls upon four Greek divinities native to the Left Hand Path for the purpose of self-empowerment. The ritual serves to strengthen the magickal and psychic abilities of the witch and simultaneously impart an understanding both of herself and of other people. The word “lebensweg” means “life journey” in German. Mormolyttomai/Murmux is called upon by his various names. Neptune, Enosichthon, Phratrios, and Ennosigaos are names for Poseidon. Luna, Cynthia, Pasiphae, and Phoebe are names for Selene. Nasilliad, Nohzul, Sophipell, and Lilaina are invented magickal names for Scylla. Translations of foreign phrases appear in brackets. Chants in italics are meant to be chanted and names in bold are meant to be vibrated. It is up to the operator to decide for herself which, if any, ritual equipment she wants to use.

Ave Luna Noctiluca! Salve Ducis Murmux! Ayea, Ayea, Skylla! Io Neptune-Ennosigaos!
[Hail Luna Who Shines At Night! Hail Duke Murmux! Welcome, Welcome Skylla! Hail Unto Neptune-Ennosigaos]

I conjure forward the Hellenistic Divinities which preside over Self-Deification. Neptune, Mormo, and Scylla are the Acausal and Sempiternal Initiators who impart gnosis and power through Necromancy. Luna the Resplendent Titaness is the Nitid Maiden of Witchcraft and Moonlight who magnifies the spiritual powers of the sorceress and refines her psychic senses.

I call forward these Four Divinities of Esotericism and Sorcery whose gnosis engenders revelations concerning the Western Tradition of Magick. By my vibration of their myriad epithets I summon them now unto me.

Mormolyttomai + Nohzul + Enosichthon + Selene + Sophipell + Murmas + Poseidon + Phoebe + Skylla + Murmur + Neptune + Luna + Scylla + Mormo + Pasiphae + Phratrios + Lilaina + Murmux + Cynthia + Ennosigaos + Nasilliad

The mystical incantations of my tradition have caused reverberations throughout the subtle atmosphere of this place. Theomorphic presences become increasingly tangible as the ritual of summoning continues. Murmur and Neptune engender Necrosophic Initiation unto the adherent to the Left Hand Path. The Deific Emissaries of the Netherworld ascend to walk amongst the world of men. Scylla is the one who knows the true nature of the Black Flame within us all. Within this benighted ritual chamber, I slowly become transformed.

Mormo Murmux Matthias-Daimon (x7)

Veni, Siderum Regina Bicornis (x11)
[Come, Two-Horned Queen of the Stars (Selene)]

 Nohzul, Scylla, Sophipell (x11)

Venire Aeternae Pater Neptunus (x9)
[Come Eternal Father Neptunus]

Ol Um A Scylla Sa Luna A Arphe (x11)
[I Call to Scylla and Luna to Descend]

I call upon the divinities which have come to preside over my rite for the purpose of spiritual evolution. Empower my psychic senses and magickal powers, and confer unto me a subconscious understanding of my Self and fellow man. Spirits, impart gnosis of the human condition unto me so that I might navigate the labyrinth of my lebensweg with insight and understanding!

My final request is that I be refine for the office of seer and mediumship.

A Rite to Davcina (Damgalnunna)

{This ritual calls upon the Goddess variously known as Damkina, Davcina, Damgalnunna, Ninhursag, Irnina, and more to strengthen the witch’s strength of character, increase wisdom, empower the psychic senses, and increase maturity. While the ritual script is provided here, any precautions such as circle-casting and any material accompaniments for ritual use are entirely left to the judgment of the sorcerer. The foreign phrases are translated in brackets, and the two lengthy untranslated paragraphs of what will appear to be gibberish to the celebrant are simply many names of Damkina used as words of power}

“I will always be your Best Friend. I will do what you have commanded.” -Amon’s words during the initial Goetic experiments of John R. King IV, which experiments were conducted in the traditional Judao-Christian fashion

Ammon is a Goetic Marquis whom Michael W. Ford describes as a “werewolf” and a “great initiatory force.” Rufus Opus describes Ammon as follows:

Amon is a watery spirit with a necromantic cast. He tells of things past and to come, procures love, reconciles controversies, and brings spirits of those who died within the sea to appear in bodies made of air, in which they will answer whatever questions you may have of them. If I were trying to find that fictional diamond from the movie Titanic, I’d use Amon to conjure Jack to reveal where it may have been.

According to S. Conolly, Amon can be called upon to help “bring emotions to a head so that they can be released as useful energy.” Amon can either start or reconcile interpersonal conflicts and aid the magickian in finding friends. He imparts wealth, luck, prosperity, familiars, and influence to the magickian.

Ammon gives aid in divination and helps the sorcerer get in touch with her True Will. His support is very desirable in workings regarding employment, monetary acquisition, and mundane pursuits in general. He gives assistance in shapeshifting, love spells, prophecy, execration, binding, love spells, pyromancy, Voudon, Voodoo, and dream work. J. Thorp calls him the “Demon of Domination.”

Amon originated as the Egyptian deity Amen/Amem, the hidden creator god called the “Invisible,” the god of wind, self-created king of gods, and god of mystery, known as the “Lord of the Silent.” He was later incorporated into Graeco-Roman Paganism under the name Amon. A tutelary god, he replaced Monthus as the patron deity of Thebes. He supported those who traveled in his name and was therefore deemed the “Protector of the Road.” Upholding justice for the poor, he was seen as a champion of the less fortunate. His followers were expected to confess their sins via prayer to him. The modern academic consensus regarding the origin of the Goetia attributes it to Greece, hence the deity’s name “Amon” in the Ars Goetia and its predecessor, the Pseudomonarchium Daemonum.

Egyptian Paganism depicted Amen as a blue-skinned male, which blue skin to denoted his invisibility, and records that rams and geese were his sacred symbols. As Amon-Kematef, Amen was a snake-formed creator god. This epithet, alternately Kamutef, means “Bull of his Mother.” The conception of Amon-Kematef derives from Amen’s absorption of the deity known as Min, whereby he became Amun-Min, depicted as ithyphallic and bearing a scourge.

While Amon was eventually syncretized with Ra, the two are not the same entity. However, they do sometimes unite as an amalgamate consciousness—something known as a “composite deity.”

Amon
Above: Sigil of Amon from the OFS Demonolatry Website

Traditional demonography records Amon manifesting in the form of a wolf, sometimes with a serpent’s tail and the ability to vomit fire. When he takes on the shape of a man, he has the head of either an owl or raven, and either way, has the teeth of a canine.

The owl, canine, serpent, and raven are all chthonic animals. Since Goetic demonography imputes Aamon to the moon, it would appear that the demonic-infernal manifestation of Amen is a chthonic and lunar aspect of the deity.

Aamon’s correspondences in Gematria, such as the Hebrew word for “Architect/Master Workman,” clearly ratify my claim that Amen and Aamon are aspects of the same divine force. The numerical value of his name corresponds to both Archangel and Edomite Monarch alike, suggesting the dual-ness of his nature. A Hebrew word which variously translates to “Religious Awe” and “Dread/Fear” clearly harkens to Rudolf Otto’s conception of the Numinous, wherein an experience of the Numinous (the supramundane/divine) is described as both terrible and wondrous. David Myatt elaborated upon Rudolf Otto’s conception, defining the Numinous as a reconciliation of dark and light.

His correspondences in Gematria are as follows:

97: the atomic number of berkelium; Mehetabel (King of Edom); Haniel (Archangel); Yellow/Gleaming; Artificer/Architect/Master Workman; Ring/Nose Ring/Earring; Burden/Forced Labor/Compulsory Service; Dread/Fear/Awe/Religious Awe; Filthy/Filth; To Shine/To Gleam

747: Ophanim (the Angelic Choir of Chokmah); Artificer/Architect/Master Workman; The Priest’s Blessing; His Being Guilty; And You Shall Proclaim

It is our coven gnosis that Astaroth is an aspect of the entity which appeared to various cultures by the names of Ishtar, Isis, Astarte, Attar, Ashera, and Inanna. Both Stephany Conolly and the Coven of the Golden Sigil had verified this gnosis of ours through their own gnosis before we did. E.A. Koetting, however, disputes this consensus in his book Evoking Eternity.

Koetting argues that since the Astaroth of demonology is a baleful male entity rather than a loving woman, they must be separate entities. However, Astaroth’s appearance in demonology hearkens rather strongly to the varied cultural depictions of Astaroth, one of which was referred to as “She Who Walks on a Dragon” and created a certain species of serpent. Since the Astaroth of demonology traditionally manifests riding a dragon and carrying a serpent, the case for the one-ness of these divinities is clear. Peter Grey has interpreted the pentagram in Astaroth’s sigil as being a reference to her power, as Isis or Ament, over the realm of the dead. Astaroth’s appearances depict her as the queen of the dead and the underworld, and Qliphothic demonology paints Astaroth as one of the Qliphoth’s eleven rulers. Demonology and mythology both paint Astaroth as primarily Venusian in nature, just like Ishtar. Amon is one of Astaroth’s recorded inferiors, associating her with the Egyptian pantheon.

To best understand this deity, Attar, Astarte, Ishtar, Isis, Ashera, and Inanna must all be studied. Nonetheless, this article will restrict itself to covering Astaroth henceforth.

Above: OFS Demonolatry’s Sigil of Astaroth

Astaroth frequently appears to black magickians as female, but usually manifests as male. He is purportedly all-knowing, willfully revealing secrets and divesting answers regarding the past, present, and future alike. His auspices are useful in research projects and he can make the witch knowledgeable concerning any liberal science. He specializes in matters concerning friendship, romance, money, blood magick, luck, prosperity, initiation, murder, psychic vampyrism, sanguine vampyrism, atavisms within the causal, shapeshifting in the astral planes (atavisms in the acausal), clarity, divination in lucid dreams, skrying, sadistic pleasures, past life visions, communion with the Higher Self, hydromancy, pyromancy, necromancy, divination with bones, astral time travel, lust, practicality, predatory warriorhood, and warfare.

According to A Manual of Occultism by Sepharial, Astaroth’s legion of demons (the eighth legion) specifically pursues the persecution of Christians. I had had multiple intimations and intellectual reasons for considering eight as being magickally relevant to Astaroth, so the attribution of her to the eighth legion (by Sepharial) finally got me convinced.

Astaroth can initiate the magickian through all ten Qliphothic spheres as well as the Trans-Qliphothic Labyrinth (only seek that second one with guidance– it’s very dangerous).

Astaroth can impart the approval and good graces of powerful people to the witch. He can teach the magickian to empower thoughtforms for healing purposes and the pursuit of monetary wealth. He can create a powerful thoughtform—a guardian of the homestead.

ASTAROTHAbove: Channeled Sigil of Astaroth

According to The Book of Sitra Achra, Astaroth is the “Master of the Liminal Points of Crossing” and the “Lord of the Dark Gate” who may guide the sorcerer to and through the Abyss (that’s what lies beyond the gate). According to The Queen of Hell, once Astaroth opens his gate and the witch dares to cross it, she is stripped of ego and will experience “visions and manifestations.”

Astaroth liberates the sorcerer of the myriad restrictions placed upon her spirit by the physical-ness of our universe, opening the “Eye of Abaddon” such as to permit them to perceive the truths which lie behind the veil of causality.

While most grimoiric demonologists described Astaroth as hideous, The Book of Ceremonial Magic by Arthur Edward Waite describes the being as a “beautiful” man.

This name formula, channeled for my upcoming grimoire, consists of eleven names, several of which are channeled. I spelled some of the secret names, approved for public release, such that they would be pronounced right the way an uneducated hillbilly would sound them out. Others were broken down into their syllables, with syllables which equate to know English words (“Uh” counts as a word) being presented as that word spelled entirely capitalized letters. This formula is too powerful for beginners, so I’ve enchanted the formula such that whosoever recites it will only tap into as much of its power as they can handle. Should the celebrant experience waverings of confidence (paranoia, doubt, etc.) of the severity which could fuck up the working being performed, this formula is enchanted such that the intent will manifest purely.
