Humwawa is very much a magickian and priest. Gilgamesh* described him to me as a gatekeeper who guides many spirits to realms which they did not intend to spend their afterlives in, making him something like the I.C.E. of the afterlife.
When I asked Humwawa what type of people should pursue his guidance and support, he said his guidance would be of use those who want to be “spiritual masters and wizards,” i.e., just about everyone reading this right now.
Humwawa elaborated on the reasons that an Occultist might seek his auspices by telling me that he was a good healer and protector. He clarified by saying that he was skilled in physical, mental, and especially spiritual healing.
The Necronomicon by Simon refers to Humwawa and Pazuzu as “Fiends of the Southwest Winds” and posits that if Humwawa appears to the Occultist, Pazuzu will certainly or almost certainly accompany him. The book further posits that Humwawa is Pazuzu’s older sibling, describing Humwawa as one who “rides upon a silent, whispering wind and claims the flocks as his own.” The text describes Humwawa:
“The Lord of Abominations is HUMWAWA of the South Winds, whose face is a mass of the entrails of the animals and men. His breath is the stench of dung, and has been. HUMWAWA is the Dark Angel of all that is excreted, and of all that sours. And as all things come to the time when they will decay, so also HUMWAWA is the Lord of the Future of all that goes upon the earth, and any man’s future years may be seen by gazing into the very face of this Angel, taking care not to breathe the horrid perfume that is the odour of death.”
Humwawa’s mere presence gradually blackens the very essence of the sorceress and brings her closer and closer to the points of Zodiac transcendence and chakra unification/chakra dissolution. He can help the magickian initiate through every sphere of the Qliphoth, but he cannot take one past Thaumiel to the Trans-Qliphothic Veils or the Trans-Qliphothic Labyrinth.
While Gilgamesh has confirmed that a battle between Humwawa and himself has occurred, he went so far as to describe himself and Humwawa as being on good terms nowadays. My impression of their relationship would best be described as ‘allies and drinking buddies.’
Humwawa first appeared to me while I was reading the Urilia text of the Necronomicon, astrally marking me as a “black wizard.” His appearance with a visage comprised of entrails refers to the ancient practice of divination using entrails.
Humwawa appeared to me as something like a big lion with black skin and a grey mane that didn’t look like it was made of fur, hair, what have you. Whether or not the grey mane was made of entrails I cannot say. His head was almost as big as my body (note: I have a relatively small body: 5’6 & ~140 lbs).

V.K This drawing in the Necronomicon was one of the first PHI like illustrations (spirals coils, ect) that unwound and straightened and then split into a 1 dimensional strings and then looped up and formed a point on point collision creating a condition whereby a vacuum with a lower state of energy began the expansion of and tearing apart of the former false vacuum state space of habitation and this happens maybe 22 years ago. I began to be filled at a enormous rate with higher maths and languages that elements use. (HUMWA) demonstrated the voxel like illustration of the process: -didn’t cause process per se- clearly above my head and on the floor at the same time within a place of worship. There were strands of cadmium and indium and phosphorus as metallic bands that encased my body and transported me into a steel bath of plasma like energy and attempted to enter my mouth and I bit the metallic wires into pieces and consumed the whole of the manifestation. theres only maybe 2 or 3 entities that have ever been so intrusive bt yet so forthcoming with illumination. I still to this day receive this material as I am a testimony to the axiom that information and or secrets could never be held or kept from the space they sit in. For some reason this old drawing in black and white is still alive to me like the inward spinning and falling of energy , space and time into a singularity
